Orders

You will be contacted via email to confirm your order and will be asked for a contact mobile for parcel tracking purposes. All of our products are generally made to order, although we do keep a small amount of stock.

We are pleased to accept online order transactions via a secure server using a debit or credit card. Customers can also pay using PayPal. All credit/debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Maestro and American Express. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and/or non-delivery of your order. No orders will be accepted or processed without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder.

The web price includes VAT at 20%.

We aim to despatch all orders within 7 days if stock is available, but please allow up to 28 days from placing your order to avoid disappointment. If you require your items for a special occasion or by a certain date, please contact us prior to ordering to check the requirements can be met. Orders received at weekends and Bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

We may refuse to accept an order:

• Where goods are not available
• Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
• If there has been a pricing or product description error
• If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions
• If your order for personalised products contains content, which is deemed inappropriate for an order, i.e. threatening or abusive. We reserve the right to cancel any order that we deem offensive.
• If we believe your order is for commercial or other non-domestic concerns.

Pre-Orders

We have select collections/shapes that may be available firstly through pre-order. Items on pre-order will be dispatched on a set date of our choosing but not before, all customers who purchased items on pre-order will be informed of the dispatch date.

We have the right to remove the product from the website before the chosen dispatch date but will honour all completed sales taken within that time.

We deliver to all postal areas in the UK, including England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.

All Products are delivered to you via a third party delivery fulfilment provider.
We will notify you by e-mail when your order is despatched. A signature may be required for parcels so use a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your delivery.
If your parcel requires a signature and there is no-one available to sign for your parcel, a card will be left by the delivery company.

You may need to call to arrange a new delivery date or alternatively collect the parcel from your local depot.
Depending on the number of products you order from us and whether or not the products you have ordered are available for delivery at the same time, we may split the products you have ordered from us across a number of separate deliveries.

Please ensure you carefully inspect your order upon receipt, as your order will be deemed to be accepted unless you notify us within 14 days that there is a problem. We are not obliged to accept any rejection of goods by you at a later date. The products will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery.

You should check all products you receive against your order as soon as possible to make sure they reflect what you ordered and that they are not damaged or are not as described.
If you discover that the products do not reflect what you ordered, are damaged or are not as described you must tell us within 30 days of delivery, either by email or telephone. You must also return the products to us as soon as reasonably practicable so we advise keeping the packaging it arrived in, see returns.

*You may be subject to import duties and taxes on receipt of your parcel which you will be responsible for. Unfortunately, we are unable to predict their amount, but you can contact your local customs office for further information.

If you wish to return your goods, this must be done within 30 days of receiving your goods. Please notify by email at peregrinecreamware@gmail.com prior to returning the goods.

We strongly recommend that you pack your parcel well and we advise keeping the original packaging. Please use recorded delivery or obtain a certificate of posting when you return your parcel, certificate of post is available free of charge from your local Post Office.

Please note Peregrine Creamware will not be responsible for return postage costs incurred and personalised items are not eligible for refunds.

If your item is delivered damaged or has a factory fault i.e crazing/deep pinholes/cracks, we will replace*. Please follow the simple steps below:

• 1. Please contact us on 01782 909784 or 078018 10728 within *14 days of receiving your order so that we are alerted to the issue.
• 2. Please send photographic evidence via email.

If items need to be returned we recommend you obtain a proof of postage receipt which is free of charge from your post office. Also please email an image of your receipt and we will reimburse postage any queries please call for instructions on 078018 10728.

As mentioned in the orders section, please allow up to 28 days for made to orders which includes personalised.

All our pottery is decorated by hand, variations can occur.

Please be careful when entering your message as we take into account capitalisation and numbers (e.g PAUL, Paul, paul). Items can not be returned/replaced once the order is taken.

Symbols are included and a maximum of 20 letters & 60 letters for larger items i.e vases (may differ). An additional 50p per letter for personalised items is required. Once the order is taken it is considered final.

We can not accept any returns on personalised products once purchased unless faulty in which case an exchange will be offered, see returns.

Unless otherwise stated:

1. 1. All offers end at 23.59 GMT on the official expiry date.
   2. We reserve the right to end/extend offers and promotions early at our discretion.
   3. For offers that require a promotional code, only customers who have been sent the code may redeem the offer.
   4. A product can only be subject to one offer within a single transaction.
   5. Refunds of products included in an offer will reflect the price originally paid for the product
   6. For multi-buy offers (e.g. 3 for the price of 2) the cheapest item will be free
   7. Exclusions apply to products already subject to a discount.
   8. In order to qualify for free delivery, the £250 threshold must be reached after any promotions or offers have been calculated.

To get your item/s before Christmas we advise customers to make their purchases by 9th December and 6th December for personalised. This is because everything is made to order and we have small amounts, if any, in stock.

To make sure your item will be ready for delivering in time for Christmas we recommend customers give us a call 07801 810 728 and we can let you know if your item is in stock or if it will need to be made.

Please allow between 7-28 days for items to be made (dependent on the number of orders received). Please see Orders/Delivery above for more information.

We are still incurring price increases on our materials so it is with great regret that we have no choice but to increase our prices as from 1st February 2023.

You hereby represent and warrant that (i) you own all rights in and to your Photos, (ii) you have permission from any person(s) appearing in your Photos to grant the rights herein, (iii) you are 18 years or older, and (iv) Peregrine Pottery's use of your Instagram handle and/or photos will not violate the rights of any third party or any law;

You hereby release and discharge Peregrine Creamware from all and any obligation to pay you for any use of your photos and any of the intellectual property rights contained therein in connection with the uses described above.

Finally, you hereby release, discharge and agree to hold Peregrine Creamware and any person acting on Peregrine Creamware's behalf harmless from all claims, demands, and liabilities whatsoever in connection with use of the photos as described above.

The original designs are all by designer, Joanne Richardson-Deakes. The majority of Joanne's designs are inspired by her personal experiences including her childhood.

All text, graphics, photographic images, packaging, patterns and designs on all Peregrine Creamware products are protected by copyright, design rights, trademark rights and other intellectual property rights, which are owned by Peregrine Creamware.

All content available on the Website, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, and the compilation thereof (the "Content") is the property of Peregrine Creamware and is protected by the UK and international copyright laws.

The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Website (collectively, the "Trademarks") are the registered and unregistered marks of Peregrine Creamware and are protected by the UK and international trademark laws.
