Recipe
- 2 sml pudding basin pasta
- oil for cooking
- 1 tin tomatoes
- 1 onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 red chilli pepper
- basil leaves to garnish
- salt & pepper
- 1 veg stock cube
Put the pasta on to boil, simmer for 12 minutes. In the meantime dice the onion and crush and finely chop the garlic, deseed and chop up the chilli pepper. Saute these in a pan with a drizzle of oil. Blend the chopped tomatoes and add to the pan, add seasoning and veg stock cube. Leave to simmer until pasta is cooked. Drain pasta and serve with sauce. Garnish with basil leaves
